It can take a lot of your patience and a great amount of your time, but still you can do away with it. Here are some declutter office tips:

•    Before getting in to action, prepare you decluttering equipment first. You need to come up with garbage boxes, storage containers, labeling tools and other cleaning equipment. Decluttering would not be possible without these equipment. The garbage bag is for the stuff that you have to throw away. The storage box is for those items that you have to keep or store away. Make sure to label these boxes, so they wouldn’t get mixed up. And the cleaning tools are used for well, cleaning up the dirt.

•    Start with clearing the area. Only keep things that you can find useful in your office. Throw away any unnecessary items; they would only make your office look messy. It’s why you find your office messy. When you’re confused of what to give away, list down all the items that you consider to be of essence in the office.

•    You can then start to clean up. Start at the entrance of your office then you can work your way around the place, but don’t miss a spot.

•    Once you are sure that it’s all clean, you can begin to arrange your office items. Start at the desk cause that’s where you usually stay. Place items that you are going to use daily like calendar, lamp, organizer, etc. within your reach. You can keep the smaller items in the drawer. When you’re done with the drawers, you can start working on the shelves. Arrange the books in order according to name, title or size. The rest will not be difficult to follow. Don’t put too much furniture in your office to give you more space. Major declutter office advice: Don’t over do your furniture.
